Ingredients

1/2 Hass avacado (ripe), scooped from skin
1.5 cups 1% milk
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 TSP vanilla
* can also add protein powder if desired
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired
