Introduction

Healthy snack or breakfast that will give you your chocolate fix (plus a serving of veggies!) I know it sounds stranges, but it is very good. My kids love it too. Ingredients

    1/2 Hass avacado (ripe), scooped from skin
    1.5 cups 1% milk
    2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 TBSP brown sugar
    1 TSP vanilla


    * can also add protein powder if desired

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired
