Ingredients

1 pound top sirlion strips
Marinade:
1/4 t Sesame oil
1 t sherry or chinese rice wine
2t light soy sauce
1 t cornstarch
Sauce:
1/4 c light soy sauce
1 t Rice vinegar
3 T Oyster Sauce
1 c. Beef boullion
1 t ground ginger (you can also use fresh)
1 t corn starch
1 T Sesame oil
1 clove minced garlic
2 c. Wegman's Asian Slaw, Napa Cabbage, Carrots & Celery
1 bag Birds Eye Frozen Broccoli Stir Fry Vegetables
1 bag Frozen Broccoli florets
16 oz (one box) Wegmans Super Pasta, Spaghetti
Directions
Mix 1/4 t sesame oil, sherry, 2 t soy sauce, and 1 t cornstarch together. Add sirloin strips and marinate for 20 minutes.
Mix the remaining soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, bouillon, and ginger together in small bowl and set aside.
Cook noodles in boiling water until they are al dente - about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse with water, and drain again.
Heat 1 T sesame oil in Wok over high heat. Add the garlic and fry for a few seconds, until it is aromatic. Add beef and cook to about 75% done - until it changes color. If you need more oil, try adding 1 T water.
Add frozen vegetables and cook 5-10 minutes until heated through. Add noodles, Asian sauce, and sauce, mixing with other ingredients. Cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot
