    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 0.20 cup, dry (3 Table Spoons)
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Wheat bran, crude, 0.25 cup
    Wheat germ, crude, 0.25 cup
    Cream Of Tartar, 2 tsp
    Dannon All Natural Nonfat Yogurt-Plain, 1 cup
    Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    cinammon, 1 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)


Mix all together (except Raisins) it will be quite wet. Stir in Raisins. Spoon/pour mixture into loaf pan (did half loaf pan and half muffins). Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
(muffins took about 30 minutes, Loaf 45)

Loaf can be sliced into 10-12 slices. Serving size is calculated at 1 slice of 12 per loaf.
