Ingredients

3 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup walnuts or sliced almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 cup ground flax seeds (flax meal)
3/4 cup natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
3/4 cup honey or agave nectar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine the oats, sunflower seeds, walnuts (or almonds), raisins, chocolate chips, oat bran and flax meal.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds, or until melted. Whisk in cinnamon and salt. Add peanut butter mixture to dry ingredients and combine until evenly coated.
Press mixture evenly into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting into bars. Store covered in refridgerator.
