Introduction

A simple no fuss toasted chicken drum. A simple no fuss toasted chicken drum.

Ingredients

    4 small drumstick or 1 large drumstick

    Remember: If the drumstick can fit into your palm, thats one serving!

Directions

Boil water till boiling, put in the drum sticks and off the fire after 2min of insertion. Leave drumstick inside while you lay a sheet of aluminium foil on your toaster oven.

Drain the drumsticks and mix them with the chilli sauce + pepper (or whichever spice you may deem fit, since spice are more for flavour and healthy replacement for sauce.)

My usual includes cayenne pepper, paprika, grounded pepper, salt and chilli powder.

After mixing with the spice + chilli sauce, lay drumsticks on foil and set toaster on medium for about 10mins and flip over for another 10, brushing drumsticks with sauce if its too dry.

The result? A juicy, nice chilli drumstick thats not too bad for your waistline!
