Ingredients

    3oz Ground Turkey
    2 large or jumbo eggs
    1/4 package ground pasilla chili, or to taste
    1/4 tsp ground garlic, or to taste
    1/4 tsp ground cumin, or to taste
    1/4 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    3 corn tortillas
    3 tbsp sugar free salsa

Directions

Cook meat, add seasonings, add raw eggs and cook till done. Heat tortillas on a hot pan or griddle. Assemble. Tortilla, meat mix, salsa.
