Introduction
This coleslaw is made with only things that you can have on stage one of the 17 day diet. I also experimented with seasonings and enjoyed a cajun seasoning blend in this coleslaw. Ingredients

1 Package Shredded Cabbage for Coleslaw
2 Tbsp. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 packets truvia (or other sweetener)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
combine EVOO, red wine vinegar, sweetener and seasonings. Pour over cabbage and lightly toss.
Chill for 20 minutes and serve
