Ingredients

.25cup Scalions
2 14.5 oz cans Cut Green Beans (no salt added) (Drained)
1 10.5oz can 98% fat free Cream of mushroom soup
.5 cup fat free sour cream
1 Cup fat free chredded cheddar cheese
45 tater tots
1 lb 96% fat free ground beef
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Butterbuds
Directions
Brown the ground beef
Mix the mushroom soup, sour cream, greenbeans onion, butterbuds, and pepper to taste
Lightly spray an 11 3/4" x 9 1/2" baking dish layer the browned beef on the bottom of the pan evenly
Evenly spread the mixturethe bottom of the pan.
Layer the green been mixture over the meat. (do not mix)
Cover with a single layer of the tater tots, and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. take the mixture out and add the cheese, cook another 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and brown to taste.
