Ingredients

    1/2 lb boneless sirloin strip steak, trimmed
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp dried basil
    1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
    1/4 tsp dried thyme

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Blot steak with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Coat one side with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with garlic and seasonings; coat again with spray.

3. Heat a heavy ovenproof skillet over medium high heat; add steak, seasoned side down. Cook 3 minutes, turn; reduce heat to medium and cook 3 minutes longer.

4. Transfer pan to oven; bake for 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Transfer to cutting board; cover loosely with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice.

    I did this with plain kosher salt and pepper. Very delicious! - 1/27/12
