Ingredients

    1 x 12.3 pkg. silken firm tofu, drained, must be silken
    1 cup yogurt cheese (yogurt drained overnight using a cheese cloth)
    1 cup pumpkin puree, unsweetened (not pie mix)
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp blackstrap molasses
    1 tsp. real vanilla
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp cloves (ground)
    1/8 tsp powdered ginger

Directions

1. Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined and very smooth.
2. Chill for one hour before serving.
