Introduction

I tend to put in what ever kinds of veggies I have around so mine is always a little different. But always tasty! I tend to put in what ever kinds of veggies I have around so mine is always a little different. But always tasty!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    227 g (1/2lb) Carrots
    227 g (1/2lb) Cauliflower
    227 g (1/2lb) onions
    2 cloves Garlic
    4 cups water
    1 cup Coconut Milk
    You can add any spice you want!
    I lean towards Paprika/Chili powered/Cyanne Pepper mix.
    Or a curry works well also.

Directions

Take everything but the Coconut Milk and one cup of water and boil until all vegetables are soft enough to blend in blender. Then blend together use last cup of water to swish everything out of the blender. AFTER you blend it stir in the coconut milk and serve warm or enjoy as a cold snack!
