Introduction

My family loves Chili and I need to lower my cholesterol. this has little cholesterol and lots of fiber and protein. I hope anyone that tries it likes it. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    In a slow cooker include:

    1 can Diced Tomatoes (I used Aldi brand Chili Ready)
    1 large & small can Dark Red Kidney Beans ( I used Goya)
    1 large can Black Beans (I used Goya)
    1 jar tomato sauce, I used Tomato, garlic & Onion chunky garden Francesco Rinaldi)
    Cayenne Pepper (to your taste, I used 1/4 tsp)
    Chili Powder (to your taste, I used 1 Tbsp)
    Ground Cumin seed (too your taste, I used 1 Tbsp)
    Dried Minced Onion (I used 1 Tbsp, you could use raw onion instead)

    In a fry pan, place a 1/2 dollar amount of Olive Oil and fry off the ground Venison.
    While frying the Venison add
    Chili Powder to taste, ( I used 1 Tbsp)
    Ground Cumin seed to taste ( I used 1 Tbsp)
