Ingredients

    Libby's 100% pumpkin 12 oz. can
    Fat free evaporated milk 1 can
    Eggs 2 large
    Pumpkin Pie Spice 3.5 tsp.
    Splenda 1.5 cups
    Sea Salt 0.5 tsp

Directions

bake at 425 for 15 mins. then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 40-50 mins.
Let cool to room temperature then trasfer to half cup dessert dishes


Note: Whip Cream Optional-- go with a non- dairy or home made using splenda to sweeten to taste.
