Ingredients

    i med geen (bell) pepper
    6 oze sirloin steak
    sargento pepperjack cheese

Directions

Place green pepper in boiling water for 3 minutes
remove
pan sear sirloin
allow siurloin to rest for 10 minutes
cut sirloin ino bie sized piece
place i slice cheese in bottom of pepper
suff cut sirloin pieces in pepper
top with 2nd slice of cheese
place onion soup mix in water used to boil gren pepper
cover with french onion soup broth
cover with foil
baste wih onion soup broth halfway through cookng
bake on 350 for 20 minutes
