Introduction

This is a healthier version of the classic Tater Tot Casserole. It replaces tater tots with potatoes O'Brien. It is something my family loves and even the leftovers are yummy! This is a healthier version of the classic Tater Tot Casserole. It replaces tater tots with potatoes O'Brien. It is something my family loves and even the leftovers are yummy!

Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef 7% fat
    1 can 98% ff cream of mushroom soup
    1 can 98% ff cream of chicken soup
    4 cups frozen potatoes O'Brien
    1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup onion, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown the ground beef and onion. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with Pam spray and scoop in the potatoes O'Brien. Once the ground beef is browned, add both soups to the beef. Pour beef, onion and soup mixture over the potatoes in the baking pan and spread evenly over top of the potatoes. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top and bake for 35 minutes.
