I found this old recipe that can be used during induction and fat fast. I found this old recipe that can be used during induction and fat fast.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 8oz. pks. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup splenda
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Add together all ingredients. Beat with mixer till smooth. Pour into 12 muffin pans lined with the papers. Bake at 350 for 20 min.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins

  • I like to play with the extract flavors. I really like key lime or lemon as the flavors. I found the splenda to give it a bad flavor. My preferred sweetener is Swerve. - 4/19/18

  • Thanks for putting this here! For a fat fast, I made this as 8 muffins so each would be about 200 calories. I sweetened with stevia. The batter fit into standard muffin cups and paper liners. 25 minutes seems to have been enough time to bake. - 9/27/13
