Introduction

Ingredients

    Butter
    Onion
    Garlic
    Penne pasta
    Spinach (raw)
    Parmesan cheese

Directions

Boil penne pasta according to directions, drain well. Slice up the onion and garlic. Cook in medium-large skillet with the butter until onions are tender. Slice spinach and toss well with the onions and garlic, until spinach is slightly wilted. Toss vegetables into pot with (drained) pasta. Serve with parmesan cheese.
