*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, .5
*Western Family Baking Cocoa, 1/4 C
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp, melted
Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
Egg substitute, liquid .25 cup
2nd part
*Western Family Baking Cocoa, 6 servings, divided
Boiling Water, 1.5 cup
Banana, fresh, .75 medium, sliced
**chocolate chips, semi-sweet, sam’s choice, about 35 chips, 2 serving
Directions
Mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Add melted butter, vanilla, milk, and egg. Stir until batter is smooth. Spoon batter equally into 6 - 8 individual bowls or in one large casserole.
Slice banana into the cups and sprinkle divided cocoa on top of each cake. Pour 1/4 c boiling water over each. Microwave 35 seconds each for small bowls, about 8 minutes for large casserole. Watch carefully because it will tend to run over if you don’t. remove while still slightly underdone.
sprinkle with chocolate chips and serve with whipped topping.
