Introduction
1. Lay out a yard of wax paper - or cooking sheets - or aluminum foil.2. Measure ALL ingredients and set aside for instant use.
NOTE: You may substitute water for the milk. You may also substitute 1.5 cups sugar and .05 cup Splenda. IF you use more Splenda, the cookie will set up much softer - even runny.

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk {or water}
1/4 cup butter {oleo}
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cup Quick Oatmeal
Directions
Combine the sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in a 2 quart or larger cooking pan. Heat to a rolling boil and boil for one {1} minute.
While still hot, add rest of the ingredients (the vanilla, pinch of salt, peanut butter, and oatmeal) and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon full onto the wax paper. They do setup quickly, so do as fast as possible.
Serving Size: 24 tablespoon size to 36 teaspoon size cookies
