Ingredients

    3 oz. salmon
    1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. olive oil

Directions

Preheat broiler. Mix all ingredients except salmon and brush onto the fish on both sides. Place under broiler for 4-5 minutes per side.
