Yummy low cal treat for those hot days and nights! Yummy low cal treat for those hot days and nights!

Ingredients

    3 Boxes Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Gelatin Dessert -any flavor
    1 single Fred Meyer CARBmaster Yogurt Vanilla
    2.75 cup Nancy's Nonfat Plain Yogurt
    1 cup Three Berrie Mix, Kirkland
    1 cup Water

Directions

Boil the water and then stir and disolve jello. Cool slightly and then add to yogurt and berries in a bowl. Mix for 3 mintues until fluffly and well incorporated. Poor in to a lightly sprayed with pam 9x13 dish. Freeze for 3 hours or until well set. Serve with a dollup of fat free cool whip
