Introduction

You can use soy/almond/rice milk instead of water. Also, I put in a dash of vanilla extract for flavor. But, you could probably use and flavor extract you prefer. They were quite tasty. Ingredients

    Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Canola Oil, .5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Water, tap, scant 1 cup

Directions

Mix all ingrediants, fill cupcakes papers 1/2 to 2/3 full, bake at 350 degrees. I started checking after 7-8 minutes, check for doneness how you prefer, I used a toothpick.
