Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Fat-free cottage cheese, 1/2 tub (around 200g or 7oz)

    1 chopped onion

    4 eggs

    Ham, 3 lean slices

    Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

Set oven to 175C or 350F.
Break eggs into a bowl and whisk.
Add cottage cheese, and stir to mix thoroughly.
Chop the ham and add to the mix.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour ingredients into a "quiche" dish and place in the oven.
Cook for around 30 mins and check. The quiche should be golden on top and springy to touch.
Enjoy hot or cold.

    Incredible!
    Very Good! Used onion powder instead of raw onions. And diced up a slice of provalone cheese. Couldve used a stronger cheese, but this was moist and good - I added a TSP of milk just to keep it light. Took about 45 min to bake though. - 1/14/13
