Introduction
Use this smoothie in place of breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you use it for meal replacement have a hardboiled egg or salad with it. I use it for afternoon snack as I eat my lunch at 11:00 and then do not eat dinner until 6:00pm. I promise you can't taste the spinach! Use this smoothie in place of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 banana
3 frozen spinach nuggets
1tbsp ground flax seeds
1tbsp psyllium husk powder
30 grms isoflex whey powder
splash of blueberry/pomegranate 100% juice no sugar added.
Directions
add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Depending on the watts of your blender I usually microwave the spinach and raspberries 3 mins in a bowl, it seems to blend easier.
