These fajitas are amazing! You can modify them if you'd like, but they are great this way. These fajitas are amazing! You can modify them if you'd like, but they are great this way.

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips
    1 green bell pepper cut into strips
    1 medium onion cut into strips
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 Tablespoons of Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning
    a 4 oz container of plain yogurt
    a jar of salsa
    lettuce
    tomato
    Your choice of low carb tortillas

Directions

put 1 tsp olive oil in pan- add chicken- cook till meat begins to turn white
Add pepper and onion and fully cook until veggies are soft and meat is fully cooked.
Add seasoning- let cook until all meshed together

Turn off heat set aside

chop your lettuce and tomato

Set up your assembly line and serve!
