    1 large onion (12 oz)
    3 cloves garlic
    12 dried red chili peppers
    2 tsp cayenne or red chili powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper powder
    2 cups (unsweetened) coconut powder
    1 oz dried maldive fish chps (optional, but very savory)
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp black mustard seeds
    12 curry leaves
    1-2 tsp sriracha sauce

Directions

Finely process the tomato, onion, garlic and dried peppers.

Add powders and coconut (and optional modive fish). With hand, integrate real well.
