Ingredients

3 eggs
1.5 cup sugar
50 gr margarine
200 gr sour cream
2 cup white flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
Frosting:
3 Tbs milk
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbs dry unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbs unsalted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
I use my KitchenAid. Beat eggs and sugar for 2 min. Add softened margarine, mix. Add sour cream and mix again. In separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda, add to the liquid mix and make a batter. (it may take half cup more flour, depends on eggs size). Divide batter on two portion. Add cocoa powder into one part and mix well. Lightly grease baking pan. Now add to the center of the pan one Tbs of white batter, then one Tbs of black. Continue until finish all batter. Bake for 40-45 min, or until goden on the top and pick is dry. Minwhile make frosting. In a sauce pan mix sugar and coca powder. Add milk. Bring to the boil in medium hit. Remove from the heat, add butter and stir in well. Cool frosting and poor on the top of the cake (do not cool the cake!)
