Do ahead recipe for meatloaf. Mix ingredients and put into oven when you return from a busy day. Bake potatoes or make ahead mashed potatoes. Serve with vegetable of choice. Ingredients

    1/2 pound each ground beef, pork and veal
    3/4 cup dried Italian breadcrumbs
    1 extra large of jumbo egg
    1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp dried parsley
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    dash salt and pepper
    3 tbsp ketchup

Directions

Mix beef, veal and pork, beat egg with garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add mixture to meat. Add water to breadcrumbs. When water is absorbed, add to meatloaf mixture. Top with ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
