Ingredients

2 cups fresh cooked pumpkin puree
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 large egg
2 cups Splenda Granulated No Calorie Sweetener
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour an 8 inch bread pan.
Mix all ingredients together beating until smooth.
Pour into prepared bread pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Makes one 8 inch loaf of bread. Cut into 16 1/2 inch slices.

Excellent for freezing.
