Ingredients

    1 box barilla thin spaghetti
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    2 lemons
    1 10-oz pkg baby spinach
    1/3 c. grated parmesan
    salt

Directions

Boil pasta according to package directions adding spinach the last minute of cooking time. Return to pot. Add olive oil, juice and zest of lemons, parmesan and salt to taste. Serve.
