Introduction

This recipe can be modified to include different kinds of pasta, as well as different tomato sauces and creams. We've used half and half, but have also used heavy cream at times. Ingredients

    1/4 cup unsalted butter
    1/4 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
    1/2 cup vodka
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 cup half and half (or heavy cream)
    1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 box of pasta*

    *We make ours with Dreamfields Low-Carb Pasta

Directions

1. Place butter, vodka, and Worchestershire sauce in a pot. Melt butter and cook for about 3 minutes.

2. Add tomato sauce and stir to combine. Boil, then simmer at least 25 minutes. Taste periodically to make sure all vodka has cooked out. Stir occasionally.

3. Whisk in half-and-half, and heat for another 5-10 minutes. Stir.

4. Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.

5. Boil pasta according to box directions. Top and enjoy!
