Ingredients

    Cake:

    1/8 Cup Skim Milk


    1/4 Cup Bisquick Heart Smart


    1/12 Cup Whole Wheat Flour


    2.5 tsp Splenda


    2 Large Egg Whites


    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


    1 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light





    Cream Cheese Topping:

    2 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese


    2.5 Tsp Splenda


    1 Large Egg White


    1/4 Tbsp Lemon Juice


    Topping:

    1/3 Cup Sugar Free Cherry Pie Filling

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients for cake


Mix all wet ingredients for cake


Mix together and pour into a greased bake dish (small dish)


Stir together all ingredients for cream cheese topping and pour over cake batter in dish


Pour on top sugar free cherry pie filling


Cook for 18-20 minutes, let it sit for quite a while so the cream cheese & cherries set after bake.
