Ingredients

Laura's Lean Beef 4% fat, 8 oz
1/2 Red Bell Peppers, chopped
1/2 Small Onion, chopped
Garlic 1 clove, minced
1/2 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
4 La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla
1/2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup water
Directions
Brown the meat.
Add onions, bell peppers, jalapeno, garlic, and salt.
Add water and stir
Add chili powder and Cumin
Cook on medium heat until most of water is gone (about 20 minutes) stirring occasionally
Place 1/4 mixture into tortilla, add cheese and enjoy
