Ingredients

    1 lb whole wheat farfalle
    1 pkg Gimme Lean "sausage"
    1 small onion
    8 oz sliced portabellos
    4 clove garlic
    14 oz pumpkin
    1 c. vegetable broth
    1/4 c. parmigiano reggiano cheese
    1 tsp sage
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 c. heavy cream

Directions

While cooking pasta, brown sausage. Saute onion. Set aside. Mix rest of ingredients, then stir in pasta.
