Ingredients

    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Silk, Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup, 0.50 serving (remove)
    Hodgson Mill Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Pumpkin, raw, 3 cup (remove)
    Domino Light Brown Sugar, 24 tsp (remove)

Directions

1. Blend pumpkin, milk and water together.

2. Pour Mixture into a medium size bowl.

3. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar and flour and mix until smooth.

4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle

5.Brown on both sides and serve hot.

    Very Good
    Great flavor, they just didn't cook too well. They were very "doughy/wet" in the middle. Wasn't sure what to do with the brown sugar, so I put it in the batter. Was sugar suppose to be reserved for when they are served? Would this make a difference in how they cook? - 9/17/11

    My apologies HIFAVOR, the sugar was suppose to mix into the mixture.

    If it's still wet try adding more flour, its similar to pancakes but using pumpkin instead.
