    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, .25 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Honey, 1 Tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup

Directions

Whisk together dry ingredients. Separate egg, beat white until stiff peaks form. Add wet ingredients to dry, then fold in beaten egg white.
