    Lasagna noodles 4 oz
    Mozz part skim 8 oz
    Ricotta part skim 8 oz
    1 egg
    1 jar bertolli alfredo sauce
    1 lb ground chicken
    hot sauce (to taste)


Cook noodles on high until cooked through,
Mix ricotta, egg and (whatever) spices in bowl.
Brown chicken until done, add hot sauce to chicken.
Layer in pan like a regular lasagna - cook at 375* for 45 minutes.
