Ingredients

    1# of beef stew meat.
    1 packet of liption beefy onion soup mix
    about 1 cup of water.
    vegetables(potatoes, carrots, onion, cabbage)

Directions

dip the stew meat in flour to coat. can do this in a bag or a bowl. Fry until browned.
Put beefy onion soup mix and 1 cup of water in the bottom
of slow cooker.. Mix. Add browned meat.
Add Vegetables (about 1 cup of each.)
cook on high for about 4 hours, stirring every now and then.
when carrots done, its done.
Makes about 4 cups, just right for my husband and I. and
one left over lunch.

Serving Size: use one package of stew meat, 1 packet of lipton beefy onion soup mx.
