Introduction

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat pita (cut in half)
    2 tbls light cream cheese
    1/4 avocado sliced
    1/2 c fresh spinach leaves
    6 thin slices cucumber
    3 slices tomato
    1 slice low fat provolone cheese

Directions

Cut pita in half spread one side with cream cheese layer vegetables and add provolone, put the other half the pita on top and enjoy. You may want to add a little salt and pepper to taste.
