Introduction

Ingredients

    4 large carrots, cut diagnol
    2 cups of butternut squash
    2 cups of pumpkin
    3 large sweet potatos, peeled and chopped
    1 large white onion, cut into monsterous cubes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Tumeric, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all in casserole dish, toss with oil, salt, pepper and tumeric. Preheat oven to 400-450 degrees. bake 30-40 minutes or untill veggies are soft.
