Great for breakfast, lunch or snack. Great for breakfast, lunch or snack.

    1 apple, chopped
    1 banana, chopped
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup walnuts
    1/2 cup oatmeal


Mix and refrigerate in airtight containers.

Sometimes I add a pear to the mix, and that is also very good!

Oatmeal is optional. Some people add honey, but I am not sure why - it is very sweet without the honey.
