Ingredients

3 Tomatoes small
1 Onion small
1 Carrot
1 Celery Stalk
Napa cabbage about 4 leafs
Water or chicken broth approximately 2 to 2.5 cups
Seasoning:
Salt (a little)
Pepper (a little)
Directions
1) Cut the tomatoes, onion and carrot and cabbage into slices (1/2 in). Cut the celery into sections
2) Add carrot, onion and celery into the pot of boiling water or chicken broth. When the vegetables are cooked add in the tomatoes and cook for around another 10 minutes. Then add in the cabbage.
3) Continue cooking the soup for 30 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Serving Size: Makes two servings
