Introduction

Coconut flour brownies. Pure deliciousness ♥ Coconut flour brownies. Pure deliciousness ♥
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    1/2 cup spoonable stevia
    3 tbs cocoa powder

    5 eggs
    1/2 cup warm coconut oil
1/2 cup milk (I've used whole milk and coconut milk. I'm sure almond milk would work, too)
2 T sf syrup (I've used mint before, but used hazelnut this time)

Optional: walnuts, pecan, almond butter swirl, or homemade chocolate chips.

Preheat oven to 325, and grease an 8x8 baking pan with coconut oil or non-stick spray.
Thoroughly whisk (or sift) dry ingredients to eliminate lumps. In another bowl mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean (about 28 minutes).

Allow brownies to cool in pan. Cut into 9-15 servings, wrap, and freeze (so yo aren't tempted to eat too many!).

Serve with a scoop of "So Delicious" sugar-free coconut milk (or homemade) ice cream. Or make a simple chocolate ganache (baking chocolate, heavy cream, and sweetener) to frost. Yum!
