Introduction

A simple, filling salad with less than 400 calories! A simple, filling salad with less than 400 calories!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1-2 Cups of tossed Salad
    4 ounces of Petite Beef Filet
    Creamy Balsamic
    1 Reduced fat Colby Jack Stick of cheese.

Directions

1. cook the petite beef filet until the internal temperature is above 170 degress. (I used my crock pot on high for 4 hours to get a very tender beef)

2. after beef has cooked, shred it using a large fork. This should be surprisingly easy and requires no extra skill or special utensil :)

3. In a large bowl add salad

4. top salad with 4 ounces of shredded beef. Then cut stick of cheese into tiny squares (if tiny enough, can create 20+ cheese bites). Toss tiny squares onto salad and add creamy balsamic.

Serving Size: makes 1 large bowl
