Ingredients

    Instant Brown Rice 2 cups
    Frozen Broccoli Thawed 10oz
    Red Bell Pepper cubed 1 cup
    Low Fat Cream of Mushroom soup 2 cans
    Low Fat Cream of Chicken soup 1 can
    1 cup water
    Velveeta Light Cheese 8oz
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cubed 6oz

Directions

Spray crockpot with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Add Brown Rice, 2 cans Lowfat Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1 can Lowfat Cream of Chicken Soup, thawed Broccoli, Red Bell Pepper, Chicken breast and water, stir till mixed well, Add Light Velveeta cheese cubed and stir. Cook on low for 3 hours. Great dish for luncheons or dinner with the family.
