    1.25 cups Sushi Rice, with rice vinegar
    6 medium Panko crusted shrimp, cooked
    3 sheets nori
    1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced, long
    shredded carrot
    wasabi mayo (light mayo, light sour cream, wasabi) to add zest to the rolls


you will need to google how to roll sushi, as well as purchase a bamboo mat prior to making this recipe
