Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups of cooked chicken diced, or shredded
    2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 16 0z container of fat free sour cream
    1 small can diced green chilis
    1 small can diced or sliced black olives
    1 bag tortilla chips-lightly smashed into smaller pieces
    3 1/2 cups of fat free shredded cheddar cheese
    salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Directions

1)in a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, green chilis, black olives, chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2) in bottom of casserole dish or slow cooker, add enough soup mixture to cover bottom. then add a layer of broken chips, the add a layer of shredded cheese. repeat layers until everything is used finishing with a layer of cheese.
3) heat through, in oven i cook at 350 for 30 min. in slow cooker on high for 2 hours. everything is cooked so it just needs to be heated through.
