    Chicken Breast, no skin, 22 ounces
    Beans, black, 425 grams
    Rotel Tomatoes, 1.25 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Butter, salted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    *Sausage, Chicken Andoullie, 5 serving


Saute onion in oil butter combo, add chicken (pre boiled or canned) add black beans rinsed and rotel tomatoes. Simmer for 30 min or so, then add sliced sausage and cook another 5-10 min. I serve over Dreamfields pasta.
