Ingredients

    1 c ground almonds
    1 1/2 cups oats
    1/3 plus 1/2 cup whole grain flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 c peanut butter
    1/4 c canola oil
    1/4 c agave syrup
    1/4 c honey
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c raisins
    1/2 c dark chocolate chips

    Mix all ingredients and put on cookie sheet - bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately after the come out of the oven, press down on cookie with spatula to make flat. Makes 18 - 20 cookies.
