so i read how to make this in a book. and it tastes awesome but definitely not diet friendly. so i read how to make this in a book. and it tastes awesome but definitely not diet friendly.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    ump crab meat, 16 oz
    Minced Clams, 16 0z
    Cod (fish) loin 16 oz
    2 Yukon Gold Potatoes
    Turnips, 2 small
    Leeks, 3
    Scallions, raw, 5 small
    Sardines, 5 oz
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Light Cream 1 quart

Directions

place oil in the bottom of a large soup pot
heat oil and add the sardines.stirring occasionally
while the sardines are cooking fine chop all other vegetables and add them to the pot. stir occasionally.
add butter and stir
chop and add all seafood cover with light cream.
simmer on low for 20 minutes or until potatoes and turnips are soft. stir frequently so cream does not stick or burn.
serve with a black or brown bread. i suggest pumpernickel.
